By using Booksr, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Booksr
Booksr is a Chrome extension developed by NITECHPRO LLC, designed exclusively for Amazon book sellers to automate and optimize their repricing workflow. Booksr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Amazon.com, Inc.
2. SP-API Authorization
Booksr connects to Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) using OAuth 2.0 authorization. By authorizing Booksr, you grant it permission to read your listing data and submit price updates on your behalf, within the scope you approve during the Amazon authorization flow. You may revoke this access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account settings under Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Booksr solely for managing your own Amazon seller listings in compliance with Amazon's Seller Policies, Acceptable Use Policy, and Solution Provider Agreement. You agree not to use Booksr for fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Data and Amazon Policies
Booksr accesses and processes your Amazon selling data in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP). You are responsible for ensuring your use of Booksr complies with all applicable Amazon policies and applicable laws.
5. No Warranty
Booksr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pricing decisions are based on available market data and your configured settings — you remain responsible for the final prices on your listings and for monitoring them regularly.
6. Limitation of Liability
NITECHPRO LLC is not liable for any losses, missed sales, account suspensions, or other damages resulting from the use of this tool. Always review your pricing settings and monitor your listings.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Booksr after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
